ADVICE FOR PROVISIONAL
MEMBERS OF SANILLES ASSOCIATION
The Association’s inscribed members
are welcomed as house guests to stay at Sanilles.
However pending further substantial
reforms the property is unable to host members of the general public.
The property is maintained with attention to comfort and safety so
that members can enjoy staying with us but some factors do not meet
regulations for guest houses and hotels.
We therefore ask all who wish to stay
at Sanilles to register as Provisional AS members.
At present there
is no implication of a subscription to be paid, but by leaving your
email address you may receive notices of future events!
The application form to become a
provisional members can be accessed by clicking on the following link

What should guests be aware of?
The tiles on the perimeter of the roofs
have been revised but there is still some risk of tiles falling.
Guests should take care not to walk
under overhanging parts of the roof, whether or not there is barrier
fencing in place below.
The swimming pool was installed in
the1980's for the then hotel guests. Being of a depth of more than
one metre a life-guard is obligatory if the pool is not part of an
hotel. Members are therefore advised that they use the pool at their
own risk and that young children must be supervised by a parent or
other appointed adult at all times.
The path between the buildings and the
bridges crossing the river is not fenced to exclude the possibility
of agile small children diving many metres to the river below.
Parents are advised that small children should be kept in sight and
not permitted to explore the park unless supervised by themselves of
other responsible adult.
The use of accomodation and other
facilities at Sanilles is definitely legal for Registered Members of
the Association. We hope that awareness of possible dangers will
minimise any risk.
